There are many home remedies for hair fall problem for both men and woman. First let us look at the various reasons of hair fall and then their remedies. Normally after the age of 20, hair stops to grow at their natural pace. Main reasons for hair fall is long time stomach problem, pregnancy , lack of yoga and exercises, poor blood circulation, stress and tension, dirty scalp, lack of vitamins and minerals in your diet and other long time disease may also cause hair fall.
Hair Fall due to stress and tension: Mentally stress and tension may cause hair fall problem, mostly it has been seen in mens. They have more mental pressure than women so to cure it, there are simple home made treatments for you. Meditation and yoga can be very effective for getting rid with stress and tension. Vitamins and proteins: start taking diet with full of vitamins and proteins that require by your body to nursing your hair. As our body requires vitamins to grow so our hairs also require the same. Spinach, fresh vegetables, whole grains, eggs, soybeans, carrots, beans etc are very beneficial to provide you all the required vitamins and proteins.
Shampoo your scalp: wash your scamp and rinse with a good herbal shampoo. Dirty scamp and dandruff results in hair fall problem. But remember don’t make too much use of shampoo and other chemical product on your head as it many cause other problems.
Blood circulation: poor blood circulation may also cause hair fall problem and for this there are simple home remedy. Just by using your general hair oil massage your scalp for at least 15 minutes regularity. It will improve your blood circulation and you will gradually recover with this problem.
Drink lots of water: Don’t forget to drink lots of water in a day. At least 10 glass of water in a day is recommended. So drink water as much as you can as there are no side effects of drink water. It removes toxins from your body and keeps your immune system better.
