Garlic soup: You might have tried this remedy if not, go for it. It is one of the easier and simple home remedy to get rid of gastric problem. It increases your digestion power and hence whatever you eat can be digest easily. How to make garlic soup, take black pepper, garlic, coriander seeds and little cumin. Mix all these ingredients and grind this mixture. After that mix water and get it boiled, your garlic soup is ready.
Lemon with Warm water: yes this is another good home remedy for gastric problem. Take lemon with a glass of warm water every day in the morning to get rid with this problem, it really works.
These both home remedies are good and very effective in gastric problem, but if you are not getting any relief must knock doctor door.
