Inadequate nutrition: if you are not taking required nutrition, you may face this problem of hair loss.
Lack of vitamins: If your diets don’t have vitamins that your hair requires to grow and to be healthy, it can results in hair loss.
Stress: Stress is one of the biggest reasons for hair loss and at this modern stage it has become of common problem. People have to take stress, due to study, in their business and other family problems. So stress is everywhere and no one can escape from it. But there are some remedies to deal with it.

Blood circulation: If your blood circulation is not natural then it can also results in hair loss problem.

Unclean scalp: if your scalp is not clean, if you don’t care of your scalp and don’t clean it after regular intervals then, it can also result in hair loss.

Pregnant women: Some times pregnancy also cause hair loss problem in women.

Home Remedies for Hair loss problem

There are many remedies to control hair loss problem, here are few for you.

Massage your scalp: if the problem of your hair loss is poor blood circulation then don’t worry it can be control by massaging your scalp. What you can do, take hair oil of your choice which offer nourishment to your hair, and massage your scalp with it for at least 15 minutes. This will improve your blood circulation and hair fall problem can be control.

Massage with Fenugreek seeds: Grid fenugreek seeds with water and make paste. Massage your scalp with it after oiling your hair.

Start eating food which offer vitamin to your body, Use beans, whole grains, soybeans, carrots, peas, and eggs in your diet for all the essential vitamins.

Spinach contain plenty of minerals and very good for your hairs as well as your entire body. It contains Magnesium and Zinc for hair growth and nourishment.

Yoga and Exercises: if the reason of hair loss is stress and tension then you must do meditation and yoga. Meditation is very good for stress and tension problem.
