How to get rid of gastric problems Naturally

Gastric problem has become very common these days. It has not left people belonging to any age group untouched. It can be related to constipation and indigestion. Wrong meals at the wrong time are the chief reason for gastric problems.

Here are given few tips to get rid of gastric problem:–

The chief reason behind gastric problem is skipping meals or eating nothing in the name of fasting or dieting. Here comes the gas which fills the vacuum. Opt for healthy foods. Avoid foods rich in oil and spice. Spicy foods only aggravate the situation.

Chew the food properly. Don’t be in hurry. Take your time and complete your meal. It will certainly reduce gastric problems. Rest your knife and fork in between the meals. It will slow down the eating.

Make a schedule including at what time you have to take your breakfast, snacks, meals and try to stick to the routine. Eating regularly at fixed time reduces the chances of developing any gastric problems.

Do not eat everything at once. Avoid big meals. Overeating unhygienic or unhealthy foods often leads to gastric problems.

Chewing gums increases the amount of air swallowed. Avoid these things for the betterment of your stomach.

Beans, bagels, bran, broccoli, Brussels, sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, onion are the vegetables said to cause acidity and other gastric problems. Avoid them up to many extents.

Apples, apricots, breads, bananas, carrots, celery, citrus fruits, eggplant, prune juice, radishes, raisins are the foods which are beneficial for person having gastric problems.

Avoid drinking water in between the meals. Rather drink water half an hour before taking meals.

Drinking too much of aerated drinks also leads to gastric problems. Avoid them. Instead try fresh juice.

Try herbal tea, cinnamon tea, chamomile tea, ginger tea, mint tea and such others. Add honey instead of sugar.

Have one teaspoon of ginger juice or ginger paste every day during the meals.

Cumin powder is highly beneficial for treating gastric problems. Add one teaspoon of cumin powder in one glass of lukewarm water. Cumin seeds can also be taken as ingredient while cooking.

Ajwain or carom seeds are effective in treating the gastric problems instantly. Dissolve the powdery carom seeds in a glass of lukewarm water and have it. It will bring relief from gastric problems within half an hour.

Lime juice drink is also very much effective. Squeeze out the juice of one lemon, add a pinch of salt and mix it one glass of lukewarm water.
