As the winter starts we start using beauty products to keep skin soft and healthy. But some of us always try to use herbal and natural treatment especially for facial skin as it beauty and cosmetic product may harm our most important part of our beauty. There are few good home remedies to keep your skin healthy naturally in winter.
Skin care tips in winter
When you go out side, use sunscreen on your skin with an SPF of 15. Sunscreen is very good for skin in winter which protect your from sun. But be careful what to choose or not.
Use Gloves: while going outside you can also use gloves on your hand which prevent it from bad effects of winter and sun. Gloves should be of good quality material so that it not irritates your skin.
Drink Water: It has been generally seen, people forget to drink water in winter which is bad, you must drink water in same quantity what you used to be. So drink at least 8 to 10 glass of water in a day.
Exercise: Exercise keep you fit and healthy always. Exercise give you warm and keep your body muscles limber. Exercises keep your immune system good, which helps you from common physical problem.
